Join a small group of SDSB friends in this beginner yoga/mindfulness class led by a fellow activists Ruth West and Vanessa Johnson. Vanessa will share some micro practices of mindfulness we can all practice on the go, and Ruth will lead an easy beginner stretching practice. (Bring a yoga mat if you have one!)
